A poem for my sweetie

YOU AND ME




I was once a single lad,
Who had everything in his own hands.
Until unexpectedly into my life-
An amazing woman lands.

I think before we met,
I had a pretty good handle on things,
But it became very clear in my life-
What a wonderful woman brings.

I know it can be a challenge,
With each others routines, ideas, and quirks.
But you've made me a far better man-
And with effort and passion it works.

So Sharol you wonder what I love,
You want some examples you say?
Well in the following paragraph-
Let me count the ways.....

Well, you're sexy, and loving, and honest, and smart,
With tenderness and passion so dear.
And you have some qualities that I work hard at-
Like the ability to provide a good ear.

We each provide strenth where the other is weak,
We're like two peas in a pod.
We fit together so nicely-
It's a wonderful gift from god.

I guess in a nutshell what I mean,
Is that when you became my wife,
In a very powerful way-
You completely upgraded my life.

I love you with all of my heart,
And you are my bestest friend.
The way that you make me feel-
I never want it to end.

I've been talking about podcasting for a long time, and finally got off my dead ass and did something about it.

It's fun, and I hope you get a kick out of it as well.

I know I know

Yes, this blog looks lifeless, because nothing has changed in a long time.

I intend to use this internet real estate for something useful, but it just took a while to figure out what that was. I hope to upload podcasts to this site, maybe even some Vidblogs as well.

Perhaps this will be a multimedia extravaganza for the old website. Or maybe not.

You'll just have to check back from time to time to see what's up.

The art of blogging.

Blogging is a trip! Suddenly there are literally millions of people ranting and raving about nothing. Granted there are many "professional" sites that sell products, or fansites where people get together to talk about their favorite hobbies etc.
But what about the other 99.9% of the people who have taken on the role of self appointed publisher. What are they publishing exactly? Do people really want to read somebody's daily account of what they do from moment to moment. Apparently they do. But how exciting can some of these peoples lives be to read about anyway?

For example-

Hello again everyone out there, I haven't wrote anything in 22 minutes. I had to take a dump, sorry about that. I know you sit on the edge of your seat waiting for my next post about my experiences sitting here on the computer and typing all day long. It's hard work bringing you all the details of me sitting here on my ass, writing about sitting here on my ass staring at my monitor. I'll be posting some cool action photos of me soon. They'll include pictures of me from behind looking at my screen, and some really sexy poses of my typing fingers!"

It's so ridiculous sometimes to read some of the stupid things that people write about.

But it's also enjoyable to stumble into some really creative stuff out there. I do enjoy reading many of your blogs- and will continue to do so.
